Return and Refund Policy
We want all our customers to be satisfied with their shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, products should be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with tags attached. The original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany all returns. Certain items, such as final sale or clearance products, custom orders, perishable goods, and personal care products, are not eligible for return unless defective. Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned items and after inspection and approval. Store credits or exchanges can be offered as alternatives.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping except where an error was made on our part (incorrect or faulty item shipped). In such cases, we will cover return costs and provide a replacement or full refund. Please note that refunds do not include original shipping fees unless approved by management.
